Shipping, Warranty and Return Policy

 

Shipping Policy:

Abler Atelier offers worldwide shipping for all orders. Shipping costs and delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days however please allow for up to 7 days of processing in case of logistical difficulties, and delivery time can range from 1-7 business days depending on the shipping location. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped. Abler Atelier is not responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties incurred upon delivery.

 

Delivery Policy:

Abler Atelier strives to provide timely and efficient delivery for all orders. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after they are processed, and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. If a customer has not received their order within the estimated delivery time, they can contact Abler Atelier's customer service for assistance at info@ableratelier.com or (however not recommended) privately through any of our official social medias.

 

Return Policy:

Abler Atelier accepts returns of unused, undamaged products within 14 days of the package being received or in all cases of products that have been damaged during the shipment or processing process. Customers must contact Abler Atelier's customer service to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization number. Once the return is authorized, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to Abler Atelier in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned product is received and inspected. Abler Atelier does not refund shipping costs or any customs, taxes, or duties incurred upon delivery.

Warranty

Abler Atelier offers full warranty in cases up to 2 months after processing date if a product has been fully damaged and deemed unusable from any external force. All cases of full warranty will be individually assessed upon the customers initiation of contact with our consumer service at info@ableratelier.com
